  • Development of Sponsorship models, the development and maintenance of the SRD manual and the sponsorship strategy
  • Overall quality control of HACA is also their responsibility.
  • All communication with sponsors is the responsibility of HQ.

HACA

  • SRD management / output monitoring
  • Responsible for Start-up of new locations/partners together with Country office

Country offices

  • #Sponsor allocation to partners
  • Decides geographical locations after location research
  • Quality audits and child protection
